New Rules For API and Appointment/Promotion of Librarians

Please find here two links which clarify about the new rules and regulations for pursuing M.Phil/Ph.D and appointment/promotion of Library professionals in Universities and colleges. Hope this notification clarify some doubts and give flexibility to some working librarians to secure API score for promotions/appointments.
