This has with reference to my posting ( How to make API score? Minimum qualification for appointment of teachers and academic staff ) on social media and LIS forum. Please find below the link of a RTI application which i have filed in this regard on UGC dated 28/09/2015. Hope answers will give some clarifications on the above matter. Please note that a chain of RTI will be filed and some letters will be send to concern authority till my satisfaction. I will keep you updating.

You have asked very important and career relevant queries from the UGC. If given a suitable reply, surely all our community members will be benefited. I think the rules for Asstt. Librarian/ DL/Librarian are framed by some ineligible expert or manipulated later to keep aback our community.. But your efforts are commendable and i acknowledge the same.

The questions raised are valid and appropriate, however, the reply received is not at all valid and clear. We nee to ask these questions continue until the accurate reply received from the concerned agency.
