Dear All,
Now a days there are lot of new professionals going to hold the top level positions and many are in pipe line so my appeal is to don’t attempt to change the existing system according to your wish but try to learn the system made by others and take the decisions in favor/demand of the users. Further my view is as much as possible interact with the people who is doing work at ground level rather than professionals who is only signing on the papers without much technical knowledge because young peoples want change and having much expectations from leaders for professional development.
